Spring Intake Begins At The Berlin School
Creative executives from 8 countries have kicked off two weeks of lectures, creative industry case studies and workshops. The Executive MBA Program will bring them around the world to learn from top academic experts and industry gurus.
This class brings together creative executives working in broadcasting, advertising, communications design and digital strategy and design education. See complete profiles of Class 4 here.
Professor Doug Guthrie greeted the participants on the first day with a lecture which focused on organizational complexity and taking action as a leader. "Leaders are not in positions of power because of their title or rank within an organization," he explained. "Leaders are who they are because of what they do."
On the second day at the Berlin School the class was treated to a master class with Sir John Hegarty, Chairman & Worldwide Creative Director, Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH). Sir John explained that despite the challenges of digital communication channels "this is the most exciting time to be in advertising."
