Power and Influence in Groups & Teams
This course extends and complements the Introduction to the Field of Leadership offering. As that foundational course focuses on "macro-level" issues and problems, strategies, and decisions about organizational design and culture, this offering is more "micro" in nature, concerned with managing individual and group effectiveness. Topics include getting things done in politically sensitive environments, making effective decisions, and leading small groups and teams successfully.
